Welcome to FreeIceBreaker! These Terms govern your use of our ice breaker games platform at freeicebreaker.com. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FreeIceBreaker to find and use ice breaker games, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If representing an organization, you confirm authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Service Description

FreeIceBreaker is a comprehensive platform for finding and using ice breaker games. Our service provides: (1) Access to 182+ curated ice breaker games with detailed instructions, (2) Smart filtering by group size, duration, materials, and setting, (3) AI-powered game customization to fit your team's needs, (4) Host scripts with step-by-step guidance, (5) Pro features including PDF downloads, PPT templates, and smart timers, and (6) Game rating and review system.

3. User Accounts

To access premium features like saved favorites and Pro tools, create an account with accurate information.

You're responsible for your account security and all activities under it. Report unauthorized access immediately.

You must be 16+ to use FreeIceBreaker. By using our service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free vs Pro

FreeIceBreaker offers a Free plan with unlimited access to all 182 games, host scripts, and basic filtering. Pro plan ($9/month) adds PDF downloads, PPT templates, smart timer, unlimited AI customization, and no watermarks.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Browse all games, use filters, 3 AI customizations/day, save favorites. Pro Plan ($9/month): Everything in Free, plus unlimited AI customization, PDF downloads, PPT templates with timers, smart timer, priority support, and no watermarks.

Payment Terms

For Pro plan subscribers, you authorize charging your payment method. Payments processed securely through Stripe. Pricing shown excludes applicable taxes.

Billing Cycle

Pro subscriptions bill monthly and auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Refunds & Cooling-Off Period

New Subscribers: Request a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro subscription. Email support@freeicebreaker.com to process your refund.

After the 14-day period, all subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. No refunds for partial months.

Payment Failure & Grace Period

If payment fails, you have 7 days to update details while keeping Pro features. After 7 days, your account downgrades to Free plan.

Changes to Fees

We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal.

5. Usage Rules

When using FreeIceBreaker:

  • Use our platform for legitimate team-building and facilitation purposes only.
  • Don't reverse engineer our platform, scrape game content, or interfere with service operation.
  • Don't compromise our platform or access other users' data.
  • Comply with all laws when using and facilitating ice breaker games.
  • Use games responsibly and respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our policies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and usage rights:

  • Ice breaker game content on FreeIceBreaker is owned by us or licensed from third parties. You may use games for personal and commercial facilitation.
  • We grant you a license to use FreeIceBreaker and its content under these Terms.
  • Don't copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our game library to build competing services.
  • If you suggest improvements to FreeIceBreaker, we may implement them without obligation.

7. Data Privacy

Your data and privacy are protected as described in our Privacy Policy:

  • Your saved games and preferences are stored securely.

8. Termination

By You

Stop using FreeIceBreaker anytime. Request account deletion at support@freeicebreaker.com.

By Us

We may suspend your access for Terms violations, service abuse, or security issues.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you lose access to saved games, favorites, and Pro features.

9. Disclaimers

FREEICEBREAKER IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DON'T GUARANTEE: (A) UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, (B) ERROR-FREE SERVICE, OR (C) SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USING ICE BREAKER GAMES. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEICEBREAKER'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS, OR (B) $100 USD. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE USE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FreeIceBreaker from claims arising from: (1) Your use of ice breaker games, (2) Your violation of these Terms, or (3) Your misuse of our service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as FreeIceBreaker evolves. Material changes receive 30 days notice via email.

14. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms and Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement for using FreeIceBreaker.
  • Not enforcing any Term doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
  • If any Term is invalid, other Terms remain in effect.
  • You can't transfer your account. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
